The Isle's in-game server list comes from Epic Online Services. We read that list every few minutes, so we can tell you whether your server is in it, since when, and whether it keeps dropping out.

How does this check work?
We read The Isle's server list from Epic Online Services every few minutes, the same list the game shows. If your server is in it, it's listed for players.
My server is listed here but players can't see it. Why?
Players' filters hide it (region, password-protected, full or empty servers), or it dropped out after our last read. Check the 24-hour timeline for drops. If friends can join but you can't from home, that's your router (NAT loopback), not the listing.
Why does my server keep disappearing from the list?
Usually restarts or crashes. If many servers vanish at the same moment, the listing service itself had a problem, and servers come back on their own. The timeline above shows which one it was.
Can I get told when my server drops out?
Yes. Claim your server on MantaScope (free for one server) and turn on offline alerts, by Discord, push or email.
