These terms govern your use of mantascope.com("MantaScope", "the Service"), operated by MantaScope ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

MantaScope is a game server browser and management platform. We display real-time data from publicly accessible game servers, provide server administration tools, and host user-generated content such as reviews and guides.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Duplicate or shared accounts may be terminated.
• You can delete your account at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use RCON tools on servers you are not authorized to administrate
• Abuse admin tools to harass, stalk, or mass-ban players without cause
• Use player tracking data for harassment or doxxing
• Share RCON credentials with unauthorized parties through the platform
• Attempt to access servers or accounts belonging to others
• Post content that is defamatory, illegal, or infringes third-party rights
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or server data
• Scrape or bulk-download data from the Service without permission
• Interfere with the Service's operation or circumvent security measures

RCON access is provided solely for legitimate server administration. By connecting a server, you represent that you have authorization to administrate it.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create (reviews, guides, etc.). By posting, you grant MantaScope a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and adapt your content in connection with operating the Service.

We may remove content that violates these terms at our sole discretion without notice.

5. Prohibited Content

• Content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Personal information of others (doxxing)
• Sexually exploitative content involving minors (CSAM) - zero tolerance
• Malware, phishing links, or spam
• Coordinated inauthentic behavior (fake reviews, vote manipulation)

6. Copyright Takedowns

If you believe content on MantaScope infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work
2. Location of the infringing content on our site
3. Your contact information
4. A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized

We will investigate and may remove the content. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We display real-time data from third-party game servers. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of server data, player counts, or status information. Do not rely on this data for critical decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MantaScope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice for serious breaches.
• We may terminate accounts with reasonable notice for business reasons (e.g., service shutdown).

10. Third-Party Disclaimer

MantaScope is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer or publisher (including Valve, Activision, Microsoft, or others). Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the Member State where MantaScope is established. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process your data.
