What do I actually get for free?
The full admin toolkit on one server: RCON console, ban management and appeals, chat monitoring, player tracking, team roles, analytics, and activity logging. No card required. Automation rules and 1-minute polling are the parts that need Admin.
Why would I pay for Pro?
Right now Pro lifts no limits over Free - same single server, same polling. It exists for people who want to back development while the Pro tier is built out. If you need more servers or automation, go straight to Admin.
How does the server limit work?
Your subscription determines how many servers you can claim and manage with RCON. Free and Pro get 1, Admin gets 5, Admin Plus gets 25. Team members you invite don't need their own subscription - your plan covers everyone on your servers.
Can my moderators use the admin panel for free?
Yes. Your subscription unlocks features for your servers. Anyone you add to your team gets access based on their role - they don't need to pay separately.
What happens if I downgrade?
You keep access until the end of your billing period. If you exceed the server limit of your new plan, you'll need to unclaim servers to match. Your data is never deleted.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at the end of your billing period. No contracts, no commitments.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Paddle. Yearly plans are available at a 20% discount.
